We offer two shipping options to meet your needs. Choose the option that works best for your timeline and budget.

10–14 business days

USPS is available for smaller orders and is often less expensive at low quantities, but transit times are longer.

1 ring ~$5 flat shipping

3–5 business days

UPS pricing stays nearly flat as quantity increases, making it an excellent option for multi-ring orders.

1–12 rings ~$35 flat shipping as low as ~$3 per ring when ordering 12

13–30 rings ~$43 flat shipping as low as ~$1.50 per ring when ordering 30

Our customizer allows you to upload text and/or logos and preview how your design will appear on the front, top, and bottom of your RingLine ring. This gives you a visual reference of layout and placement before production begins.

You may add names, initials, dates, short messages, or meaningful phrases. Profanity, copyrighted phrases, or inappropriate content may be restricted.

Yes. Character limits vary depending on font size and placement. If your text exceeds the available space, the preview tool will notify you before checkout.

Absolutely. Our live preview tool shows your exact customization so you can review and adjust your design before adding it to your cart.

The customizer is for illustration purposes only. Final production may vary slightly, as our team professionally adjusts spacing, sizing, and alignment to ensure the highest-quality finished product.

Custom rings typically require 3–5 additional business days for production before your selected shipping method begins. Shipping timelines are applied after production is complete.

Absolutely. We recommend uploading high-resolution files for the best results. If your logo needs refinement, our team will make professional adjustments during production.

Because custom rings are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started. If you need to update your design, contact RingLine Support as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Custom products are made specifically for you and are typically non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or issue with your order. Please contact support if you experience any problems.
